One of the most challenging aspects of researching EMF Sensitivity is understanding the whys.
I’d been fine and then suddenly I wasn’t – for no obvious reason.
In one case – music – it took me 9 years to learn the answer.
While research has helped me solve a number of the whys, it takes recognizing a pattern to start that ball rolling.
Noticing that something happens only in certain locations or under certain conditions.
After twenty years of searching why’s I’ve become programmed to look for patterns. Because of this, I was able to observe that while most alcoholic beverages have a beneficial effect on my health, certain wines seem to be particularly therapeutic.
Pinot noirs from Willamette Valley, OR.
The Long and Winding Road. Thanks to one of the earliest EMF Sensitivity breakthroughs I had a good idea where to start when trying to answer the why of this. We were driving toward Silver City, NV** and Aaron commented on the color variations in the rock.
“Can you imagine the mineral content of that rock?”
I used my Smartphone to do a bit of research and learned that the mineral content of those rocks matched the minerals in the bracelets that brought relief from EMF Sensitivity symptoms.
No wonder I felt so good in this area!
This observation led to a better understanding of the effect of geology on my health, setting the stage for understanding why wines of a certain region were so beneficial.
I figured there had to be something about the mineral content in the soil.
Next Stop? Oregon Wine Country. After visiting Mt. Hood as part of GMF research, we traveled to Willamette Valley, Oregon, so I could look into why it was wine from this region was particularly therapeutic. The staff at our hotel recommended two wineries they felt were worth a visit.
Stoller. As bartender Chris Brabb set me up with a tasting of Stoller wines, I explained I was investigating why wines from the region were so beneficial to my health. He smiled in understanding and immediately suggested an answer.
“It’s the Jory soil.”
Jory Soil. He went on to provide a brief yet thorough geologic history of the area, explaining that the soil of the region – ideal for growing the grapes – is nutrient dense. When I further explained that I’ve had particularly good luck with pinot noirs, Chris told me the region is known for this varietal.
Though I also enjoyed a nice chardonnay that was unique in that it was aged in stainless steel rather than oak, giving it a crisp refreshing taste.
I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Chris, who has an excellent understanding of the holistic approach to health and how drinking wine can play a significant role in it.
I was also happy to learn that my suspicions were correct. There is definitely something about Willamette Valley, Oregon that makes its wines unique and particularly beneficial to health.
If you get a chance to visit this beautiful part of the US, I definitely recommend a visit to Stoller Family Estate.
Domaine Serene. Our next stop was equally fruitful in my investigations. Sommelier Levi Seed set up a tasting for me and went into a detailed explanation of each wine, pointing out the characteristics that made it unique. When I explained that I was looking into what it was about the region that made the wines so beneficial to health, he nodded and provided yet another explanation.
“It’s the McKenzie soil.”
Also called Willakenzie soil, it clearly provides the foundation for wines that are uniquely positioned to be part of a holistic lifestyle.
Levi was happy to take time to provide me with an in-depth understanding of the geology of the region.
Which truly is unique.
Sarah Akaw who was also working that day joined the conversation, discussing how the region’s wines definitely stand apart in their potential for health benefits thanks to the nutrient rich soil in which the grapes are grown.
I was thrilled to learn that Levi also has an excellent understanding of holistic health which led to an incredibly productive conversation. I learned so much from him about the region’s unique geologic history and climate, and how Domaine Serene grapes benefit from it.
Levi then told me something that further cemented my theory that the mineral content of soil is what led to certain wines being particularly beneficial to health.
“We import some of our grapes from France.”
He went on to explain that the grapes came from the Burgundy region. I smiled and told him that I had previously noticed that white wines from this wine region also seemed to be particularly beneficial to my health, to which he countered, “We are at the same parallel as that region.”
The 45th parallel to be exact.
I smiled to myself. I had just been investigating the effects of magnetic differences of the earth’s parallel lines.
All information I found suggests the magnetic differences of latitudinal lines are insignificant. I disagree. It may be difficult to measure magnetic change latitudinally, but my personal experience has made me aware that there are indeed significant magnetic differences. That both wine regions are at the same latitude certainly supports this idea though more research would need to happen to explain why.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the beautiful Domaine Serene winery. Levi went out of his way to help me not only enjoy the tasting but to truly understand what it was about the region that made its wines superior in terms of health benefits. His thorough understanding of the geologic history as well as his expertise as a Sommelier made him the perfect individual with whom to have a conversation about my work.
I recommend a visit to this winery if you are lucky enough to visit the Willamette Valley.
I understand that other local wine regions, including those in Washington, also benefit from the unique geology of the area and while I have had good luck with merlots from Columbia Valley, Washington, I have had the best results, by far, with pinot noirs from Willamette Valley, Oregon, and white wines from the Burgundy region of France.
I have also had good luck with chardonnays from Willamette Valley, and pinot gris in general, but I tend to stick with reds, and pinot noirs in particular, when I’m not drinking champagne.
I did enjoy – at the suggestion of a local merchant – a nice champagne from Argyle vineyards in Willamette Valley that is made with pinot noir. I save it for special occasions. Note: For whatever reason I feel the effects of this particular champagne faster than any other champagne.
I continue to reap the health benefits of including wine and champagne as part of the holistic approach by which I regained my health.

Note: Lengthy Article.
It’s been a long time since I’ve taken a research trip that focused on the geology of an area, mostly because I managed to cure my EMF Sensitivity. That didn’t mean I wasn’t interested in seeing what, if any changes in my experience with geologic frequencies may have occurred since – just that there was no longer a sense of urgency driven by a need to understand what was happening.
I know my history with sensitivity to the electromagnetic frequencies that come out of the earth.
Volcanoes and Fault Lines. Though the two go hand in hand, geologically speaking, the effects on my system are and have been different, though being around either made me sick.
Before I detoxed my body of the heavy metals that were causing it to be sensitive to geologic frequencies associated with both, to the degree I was ill.
I can’t say which of the two was worse but I definitely hated how I felt when around volcanoes.
My last experience with this type of frequency was September 2016 . I was still negatively impacted by the volcanic frequencies though I was no longer sensitive to technology frequencies.
I just returned from a research trip to Mount Hood, a volcano in Oregon. This area is – geologically speaking – ripe for exposure to geomagnetic frequencies.
In other words, the perfect place for me to see where I stood in the GMF sensitivity department.
I am happy to say that, as I’d hoped and been led to believe based on my work detoxing the metal that seems to have the most impact on GMF sensitivity – calcium – that I not only didn’t become ill in the area, I felt one hundred percent normal.
As if I’d never been EMF Sensitive at all.
We drove as far up the volcano as possible and zigzagged over the region and not only did I not feel anything around or on the volcano, I didn’t become ill from any geologic fault lines.
I attribute this to my work eliminating my sensitivity.
About those Fault Lines. We stayed in the Willamette Valley, Oregon before turning toward the coast so I could continue the research, including on the valley itself.
That will be in a subsequent article.
Well, Michigan roads may get the headlines for being in bad shape but the roads in this area rival parts of the LA area for being a rough ride thanks to the constant geologic movement that causes the pavement to buckle.
It was every bit as bad as Metro Detroit roads, worse in certain areas.
I didn’t actually need the carnival ride experience of driving over that mess to know there are geologic fault lines there. I could sense them.
I am no longer sickened by the GMFs that come out of geologic fault lines but I am aware of them.
I did a quick search online and to my surprise there are no records of fault lines in the area we stayed.
None that I could find, at any rate.
They are most definitely there and based on my experience, highly active.
Which only means there are GMFs coming out of the fault.
Overall, it’s difficult to explain the awareness but I do – separately – experience an interesting effect that I can induce – with calcium.
Hold the Yogurt. I recently learned that if I have a dairy product, say – yogurt – and then go over a fault line, I will feel a physical effect in the two areas I have significant scarring.
One is in my brain where I had the surgery. The other is a part of my spine that has calcification scarring from when I was a gymnast.
If I chelate out the calcium and go over that same area, nothing will happen.
I have no physical sensation.
As I’ve written in Calcium: The Old Man Mineral and its Effect on EMF Sensitivity, excess calcium will wreak havoc on human health and, as it’s a metal, will conduct electromagnetic and geomagnetic frequencies.
Eliminate the excess calcium and you will restore health and eliminate that sensitivity – provided the other electrolytes and minerals are in balance.
Layer by Layer. The trip allowed me to validate an observation about the way healing from EMF Sensitivity occurs. The sensitivity to different frequencies is layered one upon the other so that you lose the sensitivities in an order, like peeling back the skin of an onion.
In my experience, here is the order in which sensitivity has been lifted/resolved.
I don’t know if it can be induced in the reverse direction or not and I have no intention of finding out.
It’s uncertain whether the volcanic or fault line frequencies went first as I was not in a position to test that.
I have observed a few other interesting tidbits about GMFs.
Since electromagnetic frequencies change the pressure and temperature – increasing heat – of the area they inundate this introduces some interesting environmental considerations when the two are in one area.
As in major tech hubs within the Ring of Fire.
I came to this conclusion because my head turns in the direction of an earthquake before it starts, and the quake has happened several miles away.
I am not in the concentric area associated with typical earthquake wave modeling.
I can draw a straight line from my position– following the direction my head turned – to the epicenter of the quake even if it happens dozens of miles from where I am.
I believe the reason I can detect the direction horizontally at such a distance is because I’m on or near the same fault that popped further up the way and the line acts as a linear conduit to the frequencies associated with earthquakes.
P and S waves.
I’d noticed in previous research that certain geologic locations were known to be haunted. That type of energy is just a different frequency. The GMFs act as a medium for the other.
I did spend time in the Willamette Valley as I wanted to do a different yet connected type of geologic research. I will be posting my experience shortly.
In Part 2.
I’m working on Adjudication, the final book in the Metatron’s Army series. With hands on a keyboard, I’m not big into jewelry, as it is distracting and often uncomfortable. However, this morning I happen to be wearing a thin copper bracelet.
I bought it at a Native American festival. It’s thin and has a nice twisty shape and has a small piece of turquoise set in it.
I’m not wearing the bracelet for any reasons associated with EMF Sensitivity. I’m wearing it because I felt like putting it on this morning.
It’s pretty. It’s lightweight. I can wear it while typing and forget it’s there.
Since the interview with Lloyd Burrell, I’ve received several requests asking where to purchase the bracelet I talked about.
Does/Doesn’t. I decided to write a follow-up post to clarify what the bracelet is and isn’t.
It is not a cure. It is a remedy. This means it addresses certain symptoms associated with EMF Sensitivity. It does not CURE EMF Sensitivity.
It is not a magic bullet. You may or may not have the same experience I did, putting it on and feeling instant and tremendous relief.
I explain all of it in Riding the Waves: Diagnosing, Treating, and Living with EMF Sensitivity.
For me. My condition was complex because not only was I sensitive to the electromagnetic frequencies from technology, I was sensitive to the ultra-low and very low frequencies emitted from geologic fault lines.
Living in the Bay Area near the Hayward and Calaveras faults, among others, you can imagine how much fun this was for me.
The metals in the bracelets are all good conductors of electricity. They deflected the surrounding EMFs away from my body. This reduced and/or eliminated many of the worst symptoms I was suffering.
The same would be accomplished by standing on top of rock made up of these minerals. Anyone want to move to Silver City, NV?
Psi Anyone? The bracelet also unblocked an impediment to my psi abilities.
I had been puzzled by the sudden and inexplicable loss of psychic abilities I’d had since I was a child.
Here’s the thing. It isn’t the bracelets that make someone psychic. IF someone is psychic and their abilities are being hindered and/or blocked by EMFs then the bracelets could help restore those abilities, as they did for me.
There is an internal and external component involved with psychic abilities.
Not to mention whether or not you have the gift to begin with.
As I’ve written in other books, low magnesium will also affect psychic abilities. So will low potassium.
High calcium basically kills them.
Do the bracelets help with high calcium? Calcium is a metal and will draw EMFs to the body. So, the short answer is yes. Only chelating excess calcium will actually resolve the issue.
Copper bracelets are sold as remedies for arthritis pain. Arthritis is caused by excess calcium in the joints. The copper will deflect the EMFs that are drawn to that metal.
If you have something else going on and put on a copper/silver/zinc bracelet you may have a less than positive response.
This is why you absolutely have to do your homework and figure out exactly what is going on. No shortcuts.
It’s Magnetic. Many of the bracelets sold for arthritis are classified as magnetic bracelets.
They are still generally copper though you will find some with silver and zinc mixed in.
Magnets work on a different yet related issue. To better understand, you have to consider that electro and magnetic are different energetic forces. Do the magnetic bracelets work? Sure, but they may not address the symptom you’re trying to resolve. It depends on the source of the problem.
I’ll close with a couple of anecdotes.
And an example of how EMFs negatively impacted my psi ability.
I was interviewing for a job. I explained what I was looking for and how I worked. The hiring manager talked about his style and explained what the job was. He completely and totally lied 100%.
Normally, because of my abilities, I would have picked up on the fact he was lying. I didn’t.
I got the job and quickly came to see I’d been lied to.
I was not a happy camper.
My worst fears were realized when I spoke with a senior manager who confirmed that the job was not what I’d been promised.
She had quite the oh, &*$?# look on her face when I explained what the hiring manager told me about the job.
I left the company a short time later. For years, it haunted me that I hadn’t been able to pick up on the lies while in the interview.
I had never missed picking up someone’s deceit before. Not once.
While doing research into my mysterious health condition I came across the fact that the office I was sitting in during the interview sits directly on top of a major fault line. No wonder I hadn’t been able to pick up on the deceit!
Understanding brought incredible peace of mind.
And leaving the company set me on the path to fulfilling my dream of being a writer, so it worked out.
Psi restored. Yesterday, at the grocery store, I was leaning over to pick up two jars of spaghetti sauce. A vision flashed in front of me – one of the jars slipping to the ground and smashing. I saw the sauce on the ground and heard the call for an employee to come and clean it. I then saw the young male – dark hair, about nineteen – coming to see what happened.
Knowing I had the opportunity to stop something unpleasant from happening, I focused on the bundle of goods in my hands.
Two boxes of noodles, two jars of sauce.
Nah, It Won’t Happen! The irony here is that in the past, such warnings have been so fleeting or so apparently unlikely that I’ve ignored them – and come to regret it. Because of this, I had promised myself not long ago that if I got a small warning again – no matter how unlikely it seemed to be – I would pay attention. As I saw this vision my first reaction – my immediate reaction – was “I’m not going to drop the jar! I’m not that much of a klutz!”
I quickly countered by reminding myself that I was going to make a habit of listening to the warnings, even when they were small or unlikely.
Sure enough, the jar started to slip from my hands but because I had reminded myself to pay attention, the vision never happened.
Psi signals are also frequencies. Images, thoughts, sensations, all are detected, processed. So when EMFs mess with our bodies they are messing with far more than many realize.
It pays to pay attention!
To my good fortune, Lloyd Burrell of ElectricSense reached out to me for an interview regarding my work diagnosing, treating, and living with EMF Sensitivity.
Known as EHS or Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity in Europe.
What an awesome opportunity to educate people on this often misunderstood condition!
Lloyd is every bit as passionate as I am about helping people live a fuller, healthier life! It was a true delight to speak with him!
During the interview I mention one of the many remedies I discovered for reducing and/or alleviating the symptoms, a bracelet with copper, silver, and zinc. I have since been contacted about where I bought the bracelets. While the store I bought the bracelets at no longer carries, them, I can provide some suggestions on where you can find versions of this particular remedy.
This is a remedy for various symptoms. It is not a cure.
The bracelets were one of many remedies I used to alleviate symptoms while I went about curing the root cause of the condition.
The bracelets I purchased for $8 a piece are now on the web for $40 and more. To me this is gouging.
The quality just isn’t there to justify this.
You can easily get a less expensive and equally suitable piece elsewhere.
A bracelet that is only copper can and should suffice for many.
The best places?
** means BEST PRICES! You will NOT be ripped off at the tourist shops or going through Native American vendors.
I never have.
Caveat. If you do not suffer from EMF Sensitivity and you wear metal, you may have a different experience.
Once I was cured of my EMF Sensitivity, I discovered I can become uncomfortable wearing metals under certain conditions. My own electromagnetic field is different since curing myself of the issue.
Not all copper is copper. I did not have luck at all – as I write in Riding the Waves: Diagnosing, Treating, and Living with EMF Sensitivity – buying copper from the hardware store.
For more information on the remedies, see Riding the Waves.
FYI. Lloyd is putting together a seminar that promises to be packed with information for those wanting to learn more about this condition. The information presented is suitable for those just scratching the surface as well as those looking for a more scientific/research take on it all.
See his site for details.
