EMF Sensitivity Breakthru – Details

I continue to be free from any EMF Sensitivity symptoms.  Even though I’ve found what appears to be a “cure” I have many questions and will continue to do research in an effort to better understand EMF Sensitiity.

A reader asked what brand of trace minerals and selenium I used.  I bought ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops and Eidon Ionic minerals brand Selenium in liquid.  I followed the instructions on the packaging and initially drank it in water.

After I decided to include juicing, I put the minerals into the juice, along with EAS 100% Whey Protein.  I drank one of these each day, but otherwise did not change my diet.  I did not do a juice fast.  I was simply interested in adding in the micronutrients available through juicing.

The juice consists of green and red apples, pears, carrots, collard greens, a turnip, and chard.  If kale is available I add that as well.

I noticed an improvement in symptoms after four days of just the minerals in water.  After three additional days, during which I put the minerals in the juice, I experienced the strange popping sound and accompanying pressure in my ear.

For the first thirty-six hours after the popping and pressure stopped, I had a very high pitched ringing in my ears but it was not a real problem.  I was aware of it and I felt it was part of the clearing process I suspected was going on.

Even though I heard the ringing, I felt no EMF symptoms and the ringing stopped and I stil feel no symptoms.

I don’t do anything special with my diet – I eat fairlly healthy but I’m not a vegan or vegetarian, nor do I do any special eating other than low carb because it is good for me.

I am going to cease with the juicing and go back to just the minerals in water.  The juice introduces too much sugar for my metabolism.  If I have a relapse I wil report it here and I will also have to figure out a way to make it work.

I have many questions, such as whether or not I will continue to drain batteries at an accelerated rate.  I suspect so since this was always an issue, long before I felt symptoms of EMF Sensitivity.  I also break electronics, and always have.

A jeweler in Las Vegas reported knowing a little over 200 people who drain their watch batteries at an accelerated rate.  I know a few others besides myself (many are EMF Sensitive).  Some choose not to wear a watch while others buy self-winding.

I also don’t know, if I’d tried this remedy years ago, if I would have had the same results.  I have spent years reducing and eliminating the symptoms whenever possible.

I also drank pau d’arco tea on and off in order to strengthen my immune system.  As I write in my book and primer, I worked with natural anti-histamines, targeting the immune response.  I got good results but experienced mild unplesant side effects (felt like I’d had way too much caffeine).  So far, with this current situation, I feel normal and am not experiencing any side effects other than the challenge of being off the low-carb diet.

I will write details I believe are relevant.  I provide a number of remedies in the book and primer and know those work for other EMF Sensitives.  This recent breakthru is something I just discovered, so I don’t know if it will do the trick for others.  I hope so because it appears to have “cured” the problem.

As to why – I will write on that later.  I have a few thoughts…

  1. For the most part, antihistamines are safe. Having said that, antihistamines can have side effects which, if the antihistamine is not properly administered, can be serious. The truth is, all medications have side effects. Some are mild, as in the case of an aspirin, unless you have stomach ulcers or aspirin sensitivity and others are more serious such as the side effects from chemotherapy, but for the most part, antihistamine side effects are fairly mild. The newest antihistamines are probably about the safest medications that there are. But there are differences between the various antihistamines and their side effects.*

    1. You are correct in that most medications, natural or otherwise, can have adverse effects. I encourage people to take responsibility for their own health and make appropriate decisions.
